Hello Everyone,
After my "Honest Scrap" post I know that I need to update some videos. "Crazy tongue" and "Kill the broom" are coming soon. Kelly says that she is too busy to try to figure that out today. She says she'll do it over the weekend. How do we get these humans to stop procrastinating?
I noticed that
Jack of Cyber-Sibes demonstrated some pretty advanced Yoga poses today. That looks so cool! I can't wait until I can figure out those difficult poses. (BTW--Kelly REALLY likes your St. Patrick's day theme.)
In the mean time, I've been practicing Puppy Yoga in my back yard. Here's some neck stretches that you can try if you are a yoga beginner, like me.
1st--Find a comfortable starting position. I like to exercise outside with my bone nearby.

Next--stretch all the way to the right. . .

Then all the way to the left. . . Don't go too far or you might have muscle strain.

Then, return to starting position.

Smile, you are done with your exercises for the day.
