KAOS!

Ozzie here for a little update.

Things have been pretty crazy over here in Georgia.

John has been so busy at work. We have hardly seen him. They have been working on the course. I guess they have to prepare it for the winter. He's been there like 60 hours last week. Kelly has been pretty sore at him because of this, and because Z and I have been doing zoomies in the house on account of the rain we have been having. Did you guys see the rain? HOLY SMOKES! It just kept coming, and coming, and coming some more. Kelly had to wash like 2 loads of towels a day and the carpet has been getting a little redder every day! WOO HOO!

We had to baby sit this little turd of a puppy. His name is Buster. He's some kind of spanial. He came over from next door. Zowie and I decided to ruff him up a little bit. And then all hell broke loose one day. It was like the sky opened up and one million gallons of water came out. I was ok, but Zowie was really scared and of course the little turd did what he does best, peed and pooped in the house! Ewwww! He's older than Z and she doesn't even do that! REALLY!??!

Well, long story short, Johns golf course got completely trashed and NOW he's there even more. He comes home angry every day but we always cheer him up. He's been getting lots of kisses from us. We try and lick the dirt and sand off of his knees but he says that is gross and we shouldn't do that. But we won't listen to him. Anyway, we would post some pics but we just don't have any. I can say that Z has gotten taller and fatter. But she is my bud! I love here. I think I will keep her. We will try to get some pics up.

Sorry for all the words.

Ozzie

Educational Service Announcement

In an effort to educate the youth of today, I let Zowie borrow the computer and experiment with her own post. Here's what she came up with. As you'll see, it is not quite what I had in mind. Stay in school pups!--Ozzie

Hiya! I'm Zowie. Zoooooooowie! Yep. . that's right. Kelly and John are silly and spelled it wrong. So THERE!

I love Ozzie. Watch me love him.

Here I am checking him out around the corner. Oh Ozzie---yoooohoooo--hellloooooo over there!

Next, I'm sneaking up on him with my mouth while he has his feety feets in the air. Notice the perfect "V" positioning of my vampire pose.
Ahhhhh success!!!!!
Who me? No I didn't do ANYTHING. Really, I didn't.

Pups--where is the Benadryl. . .or the Dimetapp. . .help!!!!

Parenting Tips #1

Arruuuus!

Woah! Is it hard to be a single dad! I really can't believe all of the hard work this little Zowie squeaky is. I was NEVER this much trouble. . .ever (right John and Kelly?)

Here are some things I have learned over the past couple of days.
1. Make sure that the puppy knows that they are safe. The way that you do this is by putting them in your mouth. They like it. I try to put Zowie in my mouth at least 200 times each day.

2. Teach the puppy how to multi-task. I do this by doing zoomies with Zowie while she is trying to learn how to "potty" outside. This usually results her not going "potty." But imagine what a multi-tasker she'll be!

3. Teach the puppy how to share. I've been doing this by taking everything that Zowie has in her mouth, or in her kennel or in her bowl. She likes this too! I can tell by the little squeals that she makes.

Well, all you single moms out there, I don't know how you do it! Happy Labor Day! I'll be working hard.

She's Here!!!

ALERT!!!!!

My new squeaky . . .eh . . . er. . . "sister" has arrived. They are calling her Zowie. Here is a picture of me showing her the Male 1973 Sleeping Model. She seems to like it.

Looks like someone punched her in the eye! It wasn't me. . .maybe. . . . And what's with that dorky grin? I didn't have that kind of dorky grin when I was that young.
I'm not quite sure how I feel. I like having my very own squeaky to play with. She's soft and quick and she squeaks when I bite her. But she bites me, too! Ouch! And she also steals my toys and drinks my water and tries to eat my food!!! Hummmph! How am I going to have another hunger strike if she keeps eating my food?!?!
Here's a picture of her messing with my basket of squeakies. Can you imagine? A squeaky. . . messing with MY basket of squeakies?

John and Kelly took her to the vet today to see Dr. Evans. They took me along for the ride. At first I thought. . .wow, what a great visit to the vet. I get to watch them torture the new Zowie squeaky. But then, something terrible happened, Zowie fell asleep and the next thing I knew, I had a probe up my tuckus and a needle in my arm. Apparently I. . .ME. . MR. OZZIE was the actual husky with the vet appointment. The squeaky just got to go for a visit.
Well. . this is what she looks like.

Do you think she's really staying? Or is this just some kind of joke?
